Australian Delivery
Regular Post is $6.95 (2-5 Business days) - e parcel traceable.
Express Post is $9.95 (next day metro) - traceable
Free Express Post shipping for all orders over $60 - traceable
Free Pick up from our Sydney Warehouse (most products)
Delivery times will vary from area to area. All credit card+ Paypal payments clients will receive items within the next 1-3 working day via Australia post or DHL depending on shipping method selected above. Orders are generally processed the day they are ordered. For all other payment methods we will dispatch the item as soon as we have confirmation of your payment. Most areas will receive the item within 5 working days.
This excludes custom made products as per product descriptions. Check product descriptions for lead times.
If an order is urgent, we can arrange a courier at you own cost or drop in to our ware house at D8 101 Rookwood Rd Yagoona NSW 2199 - call before leaving on 1300 851 412.
Please review product lead times as they do vary.
We are based in Sydney and can drop items off if it's an emergency. Alternatively we can arrange a courier at you own cost.

We suggest if ordering from these two destination countries to order a couple of products to amortize shipping costs.
Sorry but we are currently not shipping to any other countries outside Australia, USA and the UK.
Payment Methods We Accept
Ties'n'Cuffs currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club, Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Bank Cheque, and Paypal Payments- we even take orders over the phone and via fax. (For bank cheque or money order payments please attach a print out of the confirmation email to your letter so that we can recognise who is making the payment.) Note: we do not surcharge on credit card payments on retail orders.
For all direct deposits, you must enter the order number or surname as a reference for your bank transfer. Otherwise we cannot track your funds sent to our account and no order will be processed. If you can't put a reference please email us at info@tiesncuffs.com.au and let us know when and how you paid.

If you would prefer not to pay with your credit card online, then please is the perfect option for you. A Ties'n'Cuffs customer service representative will then call you to request your credit card details and complete your order over the phone. Please note this will incur a 1.95% surcharge.
Loss of product
All products we ship have a traceable tracking code. Ties and Cuffs accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
Returns & Refunds
Ties 'n' Cuffs is Australia's leading online men's accessories company and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. This is reflected in our returns policy so you can shop with confidence and know that we can offer you exchange, repairs and refunds for faulty products. If you simply changed your mind regarding your product, Ties'n'Cuffs is happy to exchange the product for you providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund you any cost in sending us back the returned goods and you will need to pay for return shipping from Ties'n'Cuffs back to you for exchanged products. We do not refund for change of mind purchases, sale items or on any custom made or personalised products. If the product is faulty we will refund you for regular shipping back to us if you include the receipt in your package. We do not accept returns for briefs/trunks or boxers due to hygiene reasons. All returned goods must be returned with a completed return application form which you can find below.

Warranty
All products have 3 months from date of sale. As you can understand we can not control the amount of use our products will have once purchased. No refunds will be made for incorrect choice. All our products are the 100% Genuine name articles. We are 100% satisfied with our quality procedures that we will REFUND your money completely if you are not 100% satisfied with the authenticity of the product. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
Colour Recommendations.
Products that have recommended suggestions are only there to assist as a guide. We do not guarantee that colours will be an exact match.
Promo Codes and affiliate sales.
Please be aware that we will not honour points or affiliate commissions if a one of our promo codes has been used on checkout.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
