Custom Made Polyester Woven Tie

From the start of the process, as soon as I filled in the enquiry form online, Ties and Cuffs were a pleasure to deal with. Andrew contacted me within minutes of posting my on-line enquiry and took a genuine interest on what Mudgee Rugby Club wanted. He and his staff have fantastic customer service skills and are always accommodating, regardless of the time of day (or night). We had 300 club ties made and 30 New Zealand Tour ties made. The cost was very competitive and Andrew also threw in some lapel pins for both the Club and the NZ Tour teams. The process was quick and painfree. The artwork was often completed and returned within the same day of having spoken to Andrew or his staff. I was also sent a bag of samples to take to a meeting to show the committee what the quality was like. I have found many companies can't be bothered to get back to you, they seem to not even want your business, but Ties and Cuffs are definitely NOT one of these. They follow up on everything and make the process easy. The final product was exactly what we wanted and of great quality. We couldn't be happier. I have actually recommended Ties and Cuffs to other clubs within NSW and I have also given Andrew's details to a well regarded sports clothing manufacturer in Sydney to pass on to their clients who require ties.

What a fantastic company to deal with! The team at Ties'n'Cuffs worked with us to create ties and scarves to be sold as fundraisers following the death of a colleague. Amazingly we were able to raise over $10,000 as a result these sales. We'll be back next time we need ties! Great product.
