I originally went onto the site to look for ties and tie clips for our corporate branding, to which I placed a request for a quote for these items. When I was on the site I also bought some cufflinks for my personal use. When I got a call back regarding my quote which was within an hour, I got a friendly service, informative staff and best of all for my own personal benefit they explained that a sale was on that afternoon and the cufflinks I just purchased was going to be half price, to which they refunded me my original purchase price and sold me the items at the discounted rate, without my request now that is service!! I also received in the mail samples of the ties for corporate use, again without my request, they are just a proactive company with great product and staff I cannot speak more highly of this company and service to date.
