1) How big is your staff?
We have 7 full-timers on board, as of right now.
2) Is the warehouse open to the public?
Yes, but call ahead first! We say this for a number of reasons, chief among them the products. We want to know for sure that we have something in stock, before you head online to order something
3)Can you call our company?
Absolutely. On the site there are a list of phone numbers to call.
4) How can I check to see if a payment went through?
You can call us directly. Or you can check your email. We send out confirmation emails to everyone who place orders.
5) What is the return policy?
If your send back the item, it has to be in it's original packaging. It also needs to be undamaged in any way. You must send it back to us within 30 days. Beyond that, we won't accept it.
