I recently ordered several products from the Ties n Cuffs website. The products were sent via Express Post within 24 hours of my order.Unfortunately an item was left out of the package, so I emailed customer support and had an email reply very soon after sending the request.The 2nd item was despatched the next day via Express Post.The ties were of a high quality and the service was excellent !
