I had spent quite a bit of time and energy searching for custom-made cufflinks for a special birthday present and finally came across TiesnCuffs. I was completely impressed with the level of customer service provided, it was both professional and entirely personala balance many companies struggle to achieve. The added bonus for me was being able to do everything in my own time online. I also really liked that TiesnCuffs were an Australian company who seemed to produce a high quality product and could do one off orders like mine at a quite a reasonable price. My order arrived, as promised, in a couple of days and was exactly what I had hoped for. I was so impressed with the whole experience that Ive already started referring friends who are looking for those tricky-to-find presents.
