Delivery
Delivery in Australia is FREE via regular post. You can select express post for a flat fee of $10 Australia wide. If you select express post we can track your parcel. Delivery times will vary from area to area. All Credit card paying customers within Australia will receive items within the next 3 working days. If you selected regular post will receive your order within 5-7 working days. Orders are generally processed the day they are ordered. For all other payment methods, we will dispatch the item within 24 hours of confirmation of your payment.
Please review product lead times as they do vary.
This excludes all personalised and custom made products as per product descriptions. (5 days for engraved items and 3 to 4 weeks for custom made) Please check product descriptions for lead times on delivery.

Worldwide Shipping
We can deliver to pretty much any address in the world. The cost is calculated when you place your order online and is based on the weight and size of the package. Delivery times will vary from country to country, however please allow enough time as we are based in Sydney Australia. Generally international shipping can take up to 15 days. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times. We might also need additional information in order to fulfil your order. This might be a copy of a driver's license or a photocopy of the back of the credit card. This process is in place to protect you the card holder. We hope you understand this measure.

Payment Methods We Accept
Ties'n'Cuffs currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club, Direct Deposit, Money Orders, Bank Cheque, and Paypal Payments- we even take orders over the phone and via fax. (For bank cheque or money order payments please attach a print out of the confirmation email to your letter so that we can recognise who is making the payment.) Note: we do not surcharge on credit card payments on retail orders.
For all direct deposits, you must enter the order number or surname as a reference for your bank transfer. Otherwise we cannot track your funds sent to our account and no order will be processed. If you can’t put a reference please email us

Payments over the phone - 1300 851 412
If you would prefer not to pay with your credit card online, then "Call me please" is the perfect option for you. Simple select this option on checkout and then complete the "Special instructions box" remembering to add your phone number and a suitable date and time that we can call you back. A Ties'n'Cuffs customer service representative will then call you to request your credit card details and complete your order over the phone.

If you wish to pay using your credit card but would prefer not to transact online, we offer you the option to "Fax my details". Simply select this option on and continue to check out page. Remember to print off our tax invoice and hand write your name and credit card details on it and fax to 1300 851 413 for Australian orders and + 61 2 8713 2800 for all international orders.
Ties and Cuffs accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
You do have the option to ship via Registered Post and even Express post which is traceable.
All international parcels are sent via TNT. A tracking code can be provided upon request.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of your product, Ties’n’Cuffs is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. We will not refund you back any cost in sending us back the returned goods. We will not provide a refund for incorrect product choices or changes in tastes of the product at time of ordering.
We do not refund or exchange on any custom made or personalised products. So please choose carefully. We do not refund or exchange any sale items.
Warranty
No refunds will be made for incorrect choice. All our products are the 100% Genuine name articles. We are 100% satisfied with our quality procedures that we will REFUND your money completely if you are not 100% satisfied with the authenticity of the product. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
Colour Recommendations.
Products that have recommended suggestions are only there to assist as a guide. We do not guarantee that colours will be an exact match.
Promo Codes and affiliate sales.
Please be aware that we will not honour points or affiliate commissions if a one of our promo codes has been used on checkout.
Promo codes are only available for use on our retail products – NOT custom made or wholesale orders.
Customer Service Policy

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
