Thanks for your interest in receiving a free sample pack! We want to make sure our samples get to the right people and businesses, so please take a moment to read through the following eligibility requirements and conditions before submitting your request.
By clicking "Receive a Free Sample Pack" and submitting your details, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Who Can Apply
Free sample packs are available to Australian-based businesses only. To be eligible, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of your request:
a. Australian Address
You must have a valid, active business address located within Australia. We are unable to send sample packs to international addresses and P.O. boxes.
b. Valid Business Contact Details
You must provide a company email address (for example, yourname@yourbusiness.com.au). Personal email addresses from free providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or similar will not be accepted. A working Australian contact number is also required.
c. Product Interest and Timeline
You must indicate which products you are interested in ordering and provide an estimated need-by date or order timeline. This helps us ensure the samples we send are relevant to your actual requirements.
d. Active Online Presence
Your business must be verifiable online. This includes, but is not limited to, a business website, a LinkedIn company page, or active social media profiles (such as Instagram or Facebook). We reserve the right to verify this as part of the review process.
2. One Request Per Business
Free sample packs are limited to one request per business, per 12-month period. Requests from the same business, ABN, or address submitted multiple times within this period may not be fulfilled.
3. Sample Pack Contents
The contents of the sample pack are at our discretion and may vary depending on availability and the products you have indicated interest in. We do not guarantee that every product in our range will be included.
4. No Purchase Obligation
Receiving a free sample pack does not obligate you to place an order. However, our team may follow up with you to discuss your requirements and how we can help. You are welcome to opt out of further contact at any time.
5. Approval at Our Discretion
All sample pack requests are subject to review and approval. Submitting a request does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our eligibility criteria or that we are otherwise unable to fulfil.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Sample packs are dispatched via standard domestic post or courier within Australia. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect address details provided at the time of submission.
7. Availability
Sample packs are available while stock lasts. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
8. Your Information
The personal and business information you provide when requesting a sample pack will be used solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your request, and to follow up with you regarding your enquiry. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
We will not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
