We can place your logo as embroidery or a patch on the front, back, or even the sides of the cap. Just keep in mind—adding more logo positions will increase the overall pricing.

Yes, we customise caps to match your brand guidelines, with artwork proofs supplied for approval.

Are custom caps suitable for long-term use?

Yes, they are designed for durability and regular wear in professional and promotional settings.

Can I mix cap colours in one order?

Absolutely — you can mix colours as long as it’s the same cap style and logo design.

Just let us know the breakdown when ordering.

If you're using embroidery, we can adjust the thread colour to suit different cap colours at no extra cost.

For patches, it needs to be one patch design and colour across all caps — since patches are made in bulk.

How do I care for my custom cap?

Keep it looking great by hand-washing only, using mild soap, and letting it air-dry. Avoid tossing it in the machine or using harsh cleaners. If it’s embroidered, avoid crushing the front panel to keep the shape crisp.

How long will my decorated caps last?

Our decorations are built to last. Embroidery, in particular, is extremely durable and holds up well over time with the right care.

Is there a minimum order for custom caps?

Minimum order starts at 10 units per design for our pre-made (stock) caps, hats, or beanies. For fully custom-made pieces, the minimum is 50 units per design and color.

Yes, digital proofs are supplied for approval prior to manufacturing.

Do you provide free design artwork or mock-ups from a design brief?

Yes. We provide free digital mock-ups or proofs based on your logo or artwork and design brief, allowing you to review and request revisions before production begins.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample production is available upon request. This allows you to check the design, material, and finish before committing to a full production run.
