Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes. Many of our products are ideal for corporate gifts, team merchandise, events, and promotional items. Please contact us if you require larger quantities or assistance with custom designs.

Do I get a preview of my custom design before ordering?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a free artwork proof to review before we proceed. We’ll tweak it as many times as needed until it’s exactly your vibe, at no extra cost.

How long until I get the first proof?

Typically within 24-48 hours after you submit your inquiry. If we’re over the 48‑hour mark, we’ll escalate it to make sure you don’t miss a beat.

Can I make changes to the artwork proof?

Absolutely! We welcome unlimited revisions, for free, until the design perfectly matches your vision.

Does the order need to be paid upfront?

Ideally, yes – we prefer full payment upfront to ensure everything flows smoothly. That secures your spot, lets us prioritise your project, and keeps things moving. 

That said, if your company needs different payment terms, absolutely let’s talk. We’re open to finding a setup that works for both sides.
