Custom Ladies Pendants FAQ

What is the ladies pendant made from?
Ladies Pendants are made from a brass (unless specified otherwise during production process). You then have a choice of plating colours. We also offer sterling silver option.

What plating colours can I choose from?
You have a choice from the following plating colours: Silver, Antique Silver, Copper, Antique Copper, Gold, Antique Gold, Brass, Antique Brass, Gun Metal, Black Nickel, Dyed Black. To see examples of plating colours click on this link:

What methods are used to decorate the pendant?
There are a number of methods used to decorate your logo/design on the pendant. Enamel, raised and recessed, engraved, screen printed are the standard methods. This is dependent on the design, and your preference.

Do you have minimums on the pendants?
There are no minimums; price is based according to quantity of the order.  

What size can I make the pendant?
You have the choice of size for your custom made pendant. We generally suggest you do not go over 2.5cm but depending on your artwork we advise on the best size to have the pendant at.

Do you provide the chain with the pendant?
We can definitely provide the chain at an additional and separate price to the pendant.

Do you provide artwork before payment is finalised?
We can begin the artwork process before payment, rest assured we do not go into production without confirmation and approval on the design. A high res logo or EPS is needed for the design process.

Can you provide us with a sample before we produce the order?
We are more than happy to arrange for the option of either; an image of the pendant in production, or we can offer a completed sample before full production. There is a sample fee of $100; however, it is only incurred if after viewing the sample you do not wish to proceed with the rest of your order.

Complimentary sample packs of our products which we have previously produced for other clients are available upon request.

What is the time frame on a custom pendant?
Generally it is no more than 3 weeks, we will advise before production if it should take longer.

How else can I customise my pendant?
We offer additional engraving and lasering options on the back of the pendant (if the design permits). This is an additional feature to the pendant which we price accordingly.

What does the pendant come packaged in?
Pendants come packaged in individual plastic zip bags, however, we offer a number of packaging options; black pendant box, leatherette pendant box, rosewood timber box, velvet pouch. These are priced accordingly to quantity. Please see options on this link:

Can you brand packaging?
Depending on your choice of packaging we can brand packaging with a digital print or pad print. This is an additional feature which is priced accordingly.

Can you replicate an existing pendant?
We can certainly replicate an existing pendant; we will need the physical sample to create the mould. What we will need from you is the pendant itself. You can send this to our postal address: PO Box 604, Regents Park, NSW, 2199.
