Cut off time for ordering Personalised products is 1.30pm week days.
For all other products the cut off time is 2.30pm weekdays

- 3 hour delivery service is available for orders placed by 1:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding NSW public holidays). Delivery will occur between 1pm and 6pm on the day of order. Depending on what time you have placed your order.
- Not all stock on the site is available for same day delivery.
- We will arrange for your parcel to be delivered to Sydney Metro areas within 3 hours of your order being dispatched Please allow one hour for your order to be dispatched after placing your order online.
- For Engraved productions allow 1 hour for your product to be dispatched.
- You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking password once your order has been dispatched. You can track your delivery HERE using the tracking password.
- We will contact you if we are aware of any reason that may cause delivery to be made outside of the 3 hour period such as availability of stock or peak period road traffic conditions.
- Please contact us if you have not received your delivery as expected as there may be other events beyond our control that may affect your delivery.
- Delivery zones and charges are based on the distance of the delivery address from Ties'N’Cuffs distribution centre in Yagoona. Delivery is made by Want It Now courier delivery service.
